How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship overseas?

The Montreal Alouettes Red Zone offers several different shipping options to its customers, including expedited shipping and international shipping options. Please see the Shipping Information portion of our Customer Service page for more information.

How do I track my order?

While logged in, click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the See order history button to view a summary of your orders. Tracking numbers for each order, once shipped, will appear in the right-most column on the page.

How do I return or exchange an item?

How long does it take to process a return?

Is it secure to enter my credit card information in the Red Zone website?

Yes. The Red Zone online store is equipped with secure online ordering capabilities and your personal information will only ever be used by the Montreal Alouettes and will not be sold or distributed to anyone else.

The security of your credit card information as well as all of your personal information is our top priority. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for safe and secure commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that they cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Can I customize my jersey?

Currently, the Red Zone offers Montreal Alouettes jerseys with the name and number of our most popular players pre-printed on the front and back. The ability to customize any jersey with any desired name and number combination will be introduced at the start of the 2012 season.

Is there a Montreal Alouettes Red Zone retail store in Montreal?

At this time, all Red Zone retail stores are located within Percival Molson Stadium and are accessible exclusively to ticket holders at all home games. During the season, doors to the stadium, and access to the Red Zone stores open an hour and a half prior to kick off.

How do I unsubscribe from Red Zone email promotions?

While logged in, please click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the Edit my personal details button to manage all of your personal preferences. The option to unsubscribe from promotional email communications can be found at the bottom of the page.

Is gift wrapping available?

Although currently not offered, a gift wrapping service will be made available at the start of the 2012 season.

Are gift receipts available?

If you are purchasing a gift, please indicate "GIFT" in the special instructions box prior to checkout. A gift receipt with no retail price will be included in the package. An invoice will be mailed separately to the purchaser at the billing address.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The Montreal Alouettes Red Zone does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is charged on orders from the province of Quebec (GST + QST) and other Canadian provinces (GST only). All taxes are automatically calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. There is no sales tax on U.S. or International orders.
